Puffin egg cup in blue stone

This egg cup was made by me in my studio in North Lincolnshire.   It is thrown in stoneware and has a hand-modelled, hand-painted puffin sitting on the base.    It is fired with a satin blue/green glaze over the natural speckled clay. 
My functional stoneware pieces are all dishwasher safe although I recommend washing by hand in hot soapy water, especially animal items which are easily knocked.
Approximate dimensions:  Holds eggs of medium or large size.
