SHIPPING POLICY
I try to keep my shipping prices as low as possible and to have as little impact on the environment as possible. I surveyed customers and found that the vast majority were keen to support this ethos too. For this reason, I reuse packaging wherever possible. The packaging may not always be beautiful but I can promise that the item inside is.

Items up to 2kg in weight will be shipped via Royal Mail signed for. Ready-made items will be posted within 3-5 business days.
Items over 2kg will be posted using a signed for courier company and will be posted within 3-5 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

I pack my items extremely carefully with most pieces being double boxed. In the unlikely occasion of an item getting broken in the post, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your options which will be to receive a refund or to have a new item made and posted out. In this situation, please take photographs of the item, the packaging and retain all packaging.
