15 - Limited, numbered edition porcelain Christmas Tree

This porcelain Christmas tree luminary was made by me in my studio in North Lincolnshire.  It is pierced by hand and glazed in a transparent glaze which shows off the pureness of the porcelain clay.   It stands on a small dish.  It is provided with a battery operated tealight which prevents it getting hot for those customers who have pets or children in the house. 
This is part of a limited edition range of 20 numbered pieces.  It features my design for 2025 and is stamped on the base with the piece with 2025; the number piece that it is and my maker's mark.
My 2025 design features pierced holes and carved stars.  The translucent nature of the porcelain allows light through making the whole piece appear to glow.  The carved areas allow more light through so the design is clear even in the dark when lit.
