Starburst doughnut vase in peacock

This doughnut vase was wheelthrown by myself in my North Lincolnshire studio.  It was then trimmed; had a thrown neck attached and then adorned with a starburst design made up of hundreds of separate pieces of clay, all applied by hand.  
After bisque firing, it was glazed in my peacock glaze combination - a mixture of 3 separate glazes which give shimmering blues and greens, reminiscent of a peacock's feathers.  
This is a completely unique piece of ceramic art which is watertight and can be used as a bud vase if desired. 
Measurements: height - approx 22cm x width 15cm x depth 6cm
