Barn Owl toast rack in variegated green

This is a toast rack with a hand sculpted Barn Owl finial.   The base was thrown in a smooth stoneware and fired with a variegated green glaze.
My functional stoneware pieces are all dishwasher safe but extra care needs to be taken with my animal range to ensure that delicate parts are not knocked.
