Pre-orders and commissions 

I am sadly unable to accept new commission orders or pre-orders for items at the current time.  There has been an overwhelming demand for items, particularly teaspoon and teabag pots.  I cannot keep an order list for over 1000 pots and so will be releasing them on my website in batches as I make them.  Thank you for your understanding.

International Orders (including Ireland and the Channel Islands) 

I have now added shipping options to The Republic of Ireland and to the USA and Canada.  If making a large order, please check with me for prices before ordering because I cannot pack more than 8 mugs, for example, in a box and so this would need to go through as several orders with several lots of postage added.  I am very happy to work with you to find the most cost effective way of doing this but will always use tracked and signed for options to provide the best level of cover for everyone.

Channel Islands - for orders up to 2kg in weight, I can use Royal Mail and standard UK postal charges.  For orders exceeding 2kg, I have to use Parcelforce and postage costs jump significantly. This is not an issue if ordering 1 or 2 teaspoon pots, soap dispensers or mugs but please contact me before ordering more than this to find out postage prices.  Again, I'm happy to work with you to find the most cost effective way of shipping your item using a tracked and signed for method.
